Contributors and analysts must disclose any financial interest, employment, or material relationship with companies or products they cover. Articles involving potential conflicts include a disclosure statement visible to readers.
2. Sponsorship & Advertising
Sponsored content, if any, is clearly labeled as such and is never presented as editorial content. Sponsors have no influence over editorial decisions, data reporting, or article selection.
3. Editorial Independence
ChemData.org maintains strict editorial independence from its funding entity (Lộc Thiên). All content decisions — including article topics, data presentation, and analysis conclusions — are made solely by the editorial team based on newsworthiness, accuracy, and relevance to our audience.
4. Gift Policy
Editors and analysts may not accept gifts, travel, or hospitality from industry sources that could create an appearance of bias. Minor items (under $25 value) at industry events are excepted.
